When a customer buys one or more of our products in our online store or in any other way, recognizes the validity of this license.

1.Definitions
This license affects all digital furniture products, either in physical (DVD) or digital (direct download) format. This license extends to all the files that accompany our products, such as textures or images.

The buyer can use our products in animation, visualization, static or animated, for advertising, film and television, as well as printed material or representations in public support for other products. To adjust our products to customer needs, the buyer has the right to modify products under strict compliance with our license

1. Our products and his license can not be distributed, published, sold,assigned or transferred in whole or in part in any of its components.
2. Our products and his license can not be distributed, published, sold,assigned or transferred as part of an animation, displaying static or animated, or software project in any way affecting the original products as well as the same modified, or elements similar or partially extracted from the originals.
3. Our products and his license can not be distributed, published, sold,assigned or transferred as library or similar in online or offline projects, as belonging to projects of any kind.
4. Our products can not be used for online systems that allow the downloading of our products or their derivatives in these systems, either in our original format or an encrypted version. Only the system will allow the use of our products in projects that meet these specific requirements and that can not be tampered with, or obtain from renderings of our products as animations or still images.

2.Warranty
All sales are final, no refund possible, including the physical versions of our product (Backup DVD and Boxsets). However, there is a guarantee of 90 days to change or make a complaint if there is a defect. For this, you have to return us the product with the invoice to you with the original shipment, and will spare no additional cost.

3.Limitations y prohibitions
Our products may not be used to produce or be associated with elements defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, immoral or illegal. The buyer is fully responsible for the consequences of any nature (including legal) use of the above.

4.Special License

5.Owner Software
The owner or buyer will be legally responsible for our products and what use do of them. If the buyer is in the name of a company, employees may use the the products (bought by the company) without paying additional costs. If the company is dissolved, a single user (which we know as the buyer) is responsible for our products as stated in this license.

The buyer may modify or make use of our products on a computer at a time. Any modifications or derivative products, as well as in its original state, it will be for his own use, or your employee, client as end-user of your work.

6.Liability
Digital furniture shall not be liable on the use of our products directly or indirectly, including fines or penalties judgments, always will be the buyer `s full responsibility.

Business or economic problems that affect the buyer for the direct or indirect use of our products will not affect in any way to digital furniture. This may not be compatible with the laws of your place of origin. The buyer agrees to indemnify Digital Furniture or its associates, if:
a) violates any terms of this license
b) On the misuse of our products
c) A negligent conduct by the buyer

8.Copyright
All copyrights belong to Digital Furniture, none of these rights are assigned or transferred to the buyer, only the above mentioned. Rights are protected by Spanish copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.

9.Acceptance of license
You agree that you understand all parts of this license and agrees to all terms. This license is extensible both in furniture in their digital distributors and partners. Digital Furniture reserves the right to modify this license without notice. The partial change or partial invalidity of this license does not invalidate it in its entirety.

This license is governed by the laws in force in Madrid, Spain. Buyer or injured will have to go to the Spanish courts in the event of any legal action for all those responsibilities which belong to Digital Furniture.
